8th Floor Window

They know what you're thinking...

...and feeling amid plastic packing crates, dustbins, old account documents and office supplies (some dating back to the pre-internet age) - a very slight twinge of nostalgia. As you look at old account files, trade show tchotchkes (favorite word right now) and magazines, that lingering sentiment is easily replaced with the excitement of the new officeplace, and of course the free cereal and coffeebar.

This may very well be the final posting from the 8thfloorwindow blogspot, which was created back in early 2005. A transitional time when the New York Tech practice was a fledgling team of only a handful of young energetic account staff, eager for new challenges and looking to take on the road ahead.

But since then, the practice has steadily grown in complexity and the range of its business. And, most importantly, in fresh faces and passionate ideas.

So as we move on to the 17th floor of our new building across town, we need to consider a new virtual home for our thoughts and ideas about Tech, PR and NY. Dare I propose a relaunch? A rebrand if you will?

On to 919, and adieu to our old friend- the 8thfloor.
